Microsoft Windows Vista Beta is Out

Microsoft Windows Vista beta 1 has apparently been released now for download. Although some sites said it would be Wednesday morning, it seems to me more like it is late Wednesday evening that this beta has been released into the wild. 
Now, can I get this downloaded somehow… ? 
Update: Okay, maybe I can’t since I’m no MSDN subscriber… D’oh!
Coming Back into Action

The time seems to be right to be coming back into action now, after all the trouble and problems with my previous computer. Yes, I’ve gotten a newer better, sexier computer for my new armada of writing activities and programming ideas. It will be some time before I’ll answer your question on which my choice is, as I will be (surprise, surprise) be writing a short review on it. All I am willing to disclose right now is that it is a 64-bit, DVD burning wonder machine with some nice high-tech features.
