Over here that will never appear as bundeling cellphones with service contracts is not allowed. This year, a workgroup had pondered upon letting that be lawful, but the polls just pointed negatively with a majority of people saying that they would not buy a phone with a contract. Even the cell providers here were against it! :lol: And, I personally like it this way we've got it here... ;) :)
