FUN: Decapitated Commercial

What happens when animated GIF images go bad? Well, decapitation can occur, like in this “Smokey The Bear Game” commercial that I saw just a second ago over at Smartphone Thoughts.
This is a supposed bird that tries to scream (GIFs don’t have sound, so I’m not that sure) something and jump away. However, one part of a frame is not cleaned away properly, and the result is a decapitated bird. Now what is Smokey the Bear trying to convey to children today? 
Remember kids, don’t start forest fires or I’ll decapitate the bird…
You will probably be able to catch this commercial somewhere else on the net until the AD Council gets aware of this mistake. If they ever do…
